By accessing or using Itiner ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You are responsible for all content you create, upload, or share through Itiner, including trip itineraries, client data, and media. You retain full ownership of your content. By using the Service, you grant Itiner a limited licence to store and display your content solely to operate the platform.

You may not use Itiner for unlawful purposes, to harm others, or to violate the rights of third parties. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Privacy Policy

We collect the information you provide when you sign up (name, email, agency details), content you create (trips, client data), and usage information (pages visited, features used). We use this data to operate and improve Itiner.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Client portal data is stored securely and accessible only via unique, token-secured URLs.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting thenavital@gmail.com.

Data Security

Itiner is hosted on Supabase infrastructure with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Automated backups run daily. We follow industry-standard security practices to protect your data.

We comply with GDPR and applicable data protection laws. If you are based in the EU or EEA and have concerns about how your data is processed, please contact us.

Cookies

Itiner uses strictly necessary cookies to maintain your login session and a small number of analytics cookies to understand how the product is used. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Limitation of Liability

Itiner is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Itiner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Itiner after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
